Coach Hill has been in the South Florida Community for decades. In addition to providing quality training, he also assists players on all levels to maximize their potential and to envision the possibilities. He coached on the original Saint Thomas Aquinas girls team, which won the Club State Championship and was integral in starting up American Heritage Plantation and assisting other school programs and clubs, like the Universty of Miami Women's Lacrosse team. He is the Co Founder of Storm Lacrosse Club and the Head Coach Girl's Lacrosse at Florida Atlantic University.
He is a Professional Certified Teacher and also provides Team building and training for various organizations. He has provided event team building and entertainment for Heico Aerospace, Enterprise, Temple Beth Emet, GSD Contracting and countless other organizations.
